Board or calendar

Cards when you plan. Dates when you ship.

A content calendar should not be a spreadsheet and a project board should not need a separate calendar. Theo Boards gives you both views on the same work.

Ask Theo

Ask for the board instead of building it card by card.

Ask Theo to create a July content calendar, sort the backlog by priority, or summarize what is due this week. The reply comes with a change log, so the board never changes mysteriously.

Build a July launch calendar with weekly themes.

Theo

Created 3 lists, 14 cards, 4 checklist items, and scheduled the launch beats across July.

Reminders and roles

Dates that chase themselves.

A card can have an owner, a date, and reminders that fire before the date arrives. Your team gets the nudge without another project manager chasing them.

Questions

Board questions, answered.

What can I use Theo Boards for?
Content calendars, marketing campaigns, product sprints, hiring pipelines, events, personal planning, and any process that moves through cards. Boards are general-purpose and especially useful when the work has due dates.
Can Theo really edit the board?
Yes. The Ask Theo rail can create lists and cards, move work between lists, schedule cards, seed checklists, apply colors and priorities, and set up rules. It also returns a change log so you know what changed.
What are board rules?
Rules are simple trigger and action pairs. For example, when a card is completed, move it to Done and color it green. Or when a card comes due, mark it urgent and notify the assignee. They run on future changes and can be reordered or turned off.
Do reminders work by email?
Yes. Board reminders can fire in-app and by email at 1 day, 5 hours, and 15 minutes before the due time, plus at the due moment. You can toggle board reminders in notification settings.
Can I share a board with clients or teammates?
Yes. Invite specific people as editors or viewers, or create a board join link. Viewers can follow the work and comment without changing the board.
How is this different from a plain task board?
Theo Boards has two native views, board and calendar, and a built-in AI rail that can build and maintain the board. The automation layer can also react when cards move, complete, or come due.

Make the board before the meeting starts

Ask Theo for the first structure, then drag, schedule, assign, and automate from there. The board stays readable in kanban view and in calendar view.
