See the whole show as nodes.

Open an episode on the canvas and the pipeline is laid out in front of you — sources on the left, the rendered episode on the right. Click a node below to see what it does.

A conversation, not a read-aloud

The script is written as dialogue — questions, hand-offs, recaps. Open the node and edit any line before it's rendered.

Three styles

Same notes. Different room.

The style changes the tone, the pacing, and how the hosts structure the episode. Pick one before you generate, or regenerate the same content in another style later.

Okay, hang on. Say that part again, because I think that is the whole story.

Cover art

Keep pressing until it feels like your show.

Cover art is generated from the content of the episode — collage, photo, illustration, print. Don't like the first take? Generate another. Or upload your own artwork and skip the whole thing.

These ten directions were generated ahead of time for this page. In the app, every press is a fresh render from your episode's own content.

Listen page

Share a link. No sign-up to listen.

Each episode gets a public listen page with its own URL. Send it to a colleague, a class, or an audience, and they can press play without an account.

Your audio

Already make a show? Bring it.

Generation is half the story. Upload the audio you already record, edit it here, let Theo write the show notes, and publish it on the same listen pages — generated and recorded episodes, one shelf.

Upload what you record

Drop in MP3 or WAV you already made. It lands in the same library as generated episodes, with the same player and listen pages.

Edit without a DAW

Trim the dead air, cut a section, and tighten the episode right on the page — no export-import loop through another tool.

Collections

Group related episodes — a season, a course, a client — and share the whole set with one link.

Questions

Podcast questions, answered.

How does the podcast generator work?
It reads your note, doc, or link, researches the key points, writes a two-host conversation, and produces a full audio episode with cover art. A typical episode is ready in about 30 to 60 seconds — and every step of the pipeline stays editable on the Podcast Canvas.
What is the Podcast Canvas?
A node view of the whole episode: topic and sources on the left, research, script, hosts, and music in the middle, the rendered episode on the right. Click into any node — edit a script line, swap a host's voice, change the music bed — and re-render just that piece instead of regenerating the whole show.
Can I upload and edit my own audio?
Yes. Upload MP3 or WAV you already recorded, trim and cut it right on the page, let Theo draft the show notes, and publish it on the same listen pages as generated episodes. Collections group everything into one shareable set.
What are the three styles?
Conversational is casual and friendly with real back-and-forth. Informative is structured and educational, closer to a good lecture. Comedy is lighter and more entertaining. The style changes the tone, the pacing, and how the episode is organized.
Was the episode on this page really AI-generated?
Yes. The hero player is a real episode produced by Theo Podcasts — the script and both host voices — and the ten cover-art directions on this page were generated the same way. Nothing in the player is a mock-up.
Can other people listen without an account?
Yes. Every episode gets a public listen page with its own URL, and anyone with the link can press play. You can also group episodes into a collection and share the whole set at once.
Can I change the cover art?
Keep pressing Generate new until a direction feels right — each render comes from your episode's own content — or upload your own artwork instead.
Is it included on the free plan?
Yes. Podcasts are available on every plan, including free. Generating an episode uses AI credits, which every plan includes.
