Folders organize projects in your workspace — name, color, icon, nesting, drag-and-drop, starred, and a sidebar tree for fast navigation.

Folders are personal-workspace primitives (separate from team projects). Starring a project pins it; the sidebar exposes the folder tree, recent files, starred, shared, and trash.
