Drive
Drive is OpenCharts’ built-in file storage — a dedicated surface where you upload any file, organize it in folders, preview it in the browser, share it with invites or links, and open it in the right Theo editor.
In depth
Drive lives at /drive with its own folder tree (My Drive + nested folders), scopes for Shared with me / Starred / Recent / Trash, and a storage meter. It offers type-specific previews (PDF, image, video, audio, text, code), drag-and-drop uploads, viewer/editor sharing, a 30-day soft-delete trash, and one-click “Open with” conversions into Theo Sheets, Pages, Presentations, Notes, Podcasts, or Code — always on a copy, never the original.
Storage quotas scale with plan tier — 10 GB Free, 25 GB Starter, 100 GB Unlimited and Teams.
