Connect your Calendly account to list scheduled events, browse event types, create scheduling links, manage bookings, and view invitees — all from Theo chat.

Connecting Calendly

Step 1 — Open the connector

Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Calendly and click Connect.

Step 2 — Authorize with Calendly

You'll be redirected to Calendly's OAuth consent screen. Review the permissions and click Allow access.

Step 3 — Pick a default event type

Optionally select a default event type for quick scheduling link creation.

Step 4 — Done

Your Calendly account is now connected and available in Theo AI Chat.

Using Calendly from Theo Chat

Once connected, just mention Calendly or scheduling in Theo chat:

"Show my upcoming Calendly events" → Lists scheduled events
"Create a scheduling link for my 30-min meeting" → Generates a single-use link
"Who's attending my next meeting?" → Lists invitees for the event
"Cancel my 3pm event — rescheduling" → Cancels with reason
"What event types do I have?" → Lists your booking pages

Token Management

Calendly OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed by OpenCharts. If a refresh fails, you'll see a reconnection prompt in the Skill Store.

Disconnecting

Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Calendly and click Disconnect. You can also revoke access from Calendly → Integrations.

Troubleshooting

"No credentials found" error

Your connection may have expired. Reconnect from Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Calendly.

No events showing up

Make sure you have upcoming scheduled events. Past events are not returned by default.

Scheduling link creation fails

Ensure you selected a valid event type during setup or specify one in your prompt.
