Google Docs Integration
Connect Google Docs to create, read, and update documents from Theo chat. Pull document content into OpenCharts notes, flowcharts, and presentations.
Why Connect Google Docs?
Connecting Google Docs
Open the connector
Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Google Docs and click Connect.
Authorize with Google
Grant Google Docs access on the OAuth consent screen.
Done
Your Google Docs is now connected.
What You Can Do
- • Create new Google Docs with title and content
- • Read document content and metadata
- • Append content to existing documents
- • Search documents by title
Using Google Docs from Theo Chat
Token Management
OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed by OpenCharts. If a refresh fails, you'll see a reconnection prompt in the Skill Store.
Disconnecting
Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Google Docs and click Disconnect. You can also revoke access from myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps.
Troubleshooting
Document not found
Make sure the document is in your Google Drive and you have access to it.
Can't create documents
Ensure you granted the 'Create files' scope during authorization.
"No credentials found"
Reconnect from Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Google Docs.
