Troubleshooting

No audiences found

Make sure your MailChimp account has at least one audience (list) configured.

Subscriber add fails with 'compliance' error

MailChimp requires double opt-in for some regions. Use status 'pending' instead of 'subscribed'.

"No credentials found"

Reconnect from Skill Store → Flow Connectors → MailChimp.
