Connect your Stripe account to manage customers, invoices, products, payment links, and view balances — all from Theo chat.

Connecting Stripe

Open the connector

Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Stripe and click Connect.

Authorize with Stripe

You'll be redirected to Stripe's OAuth screen. Authorize access to your account.

Done

Your Stripe account is now connected.

What You Can Do

  • • List, get, and create customers
  • • List and create products
  • • List and create invoices
  • • List recent charges and payments
  • • Get account balance (available and pending)
  • • Create shareable payment links

Using Stripe from Theo Chat

"Show my Stripe customers" → Lists recent customers
"Create a customer for jane@acme.com" → Creates a new customer
"Create an invoice for customer X" → Creates a draft invoice
"What is my Stripe balance?" → Shows available and pending balance
"Create a payment link for the Pro plan" → Generates a shareable URL

Token Management

OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed by OpenCharts. If a refresh fails, you'll see a reconnection prompt in the Skill Store.

Disconnecting

Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Stripe and click Disconnect. You can also revoke access from Stripe Dashboard → Settings → Connected Accounts.

Troubleshooting

Connection not available

Stripe integration is coming soon. Check back for updates.

Balance shows zero

Make sure you're connected to the correct Stripe account (live vs test mode).

"No credentials found"

Reconnect from Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Stripe.
