Why Connect Google Sheets?
Connecting Google Sheets
Open the connector
Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Google Sheets and click Connect.
Authorize with Google
Grant Sheets access on Google's OAuth consent screen.
Pick a spreadsheet
Select one or more spreadsheets from your Drive.
What You Can Do
- • Append new rows to the bottom of a sheet
- • Read data from specific cell ranges
- • Update individual cells or ranges
- • List sheets within a spreadsheet
Using Google Sheets from Theo Chat
Token Management
OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed by OpenCharts. If a refresh fails, you'll see a reconnection prompt in the Skill Store.
Disconnecting
Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Google Sheets and click Disconnect. You can also revoke access from myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps.
Troubleshooting
Spreadsheet not found
Make sure you selected the spreadsheet during setup or provide its name in your prompt.
Append fails
Check that the sheet name is correct and the spreadsheet isn't read-only.
"No credentials found"
Reconnect from Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Google Sheets.
