Why Connect WhatsApp Business?
Connecting WhatsApp Business
Open the connector
Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → WhatsApp Business and click Connect.
Get your credentials
From Meta Business Suite → WhatsApp → API Setup, copy your access token and phone number ID.
Paste credentials
Enter your access token and phone number ID in the setup form.
What You Can Do
- • Send pre-approved template messages
- • Send plain text messages (within 24-hour window)
- • Send images, videos, and documents by URL
- • Send interactive button and list messages
- • React to messages with emoji
- • Get your business profile info
Using WhatsApp Business from Theo Chat
API Key Management
Your API key is stored encrypted and never displayed again after setup. If you need to change it, disconnect and reconnect with a new key.
Disconnecting
Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → WhatsApp Business and click Disconnect. You can also revoke access from Meta Business Suite → WhatsApp → API Setup → revoke token.
Troubleshooting
Connection not available
WhatsApp Business integration is coming soon. Check back for updates.
Message not delivered
Text messages require a 24-hour conversation window. Use template messages for first contact.
Template not found
Templates must be pre-approved by Meta. Check your template status in Meta Business Suite.
