Connect your Facebook Pages to publish posts, photos, links, view engagement insights, and manage your Page presence — all from Theo chat.
Why Connect Facebook Pages?
Connecting Facebook Pages
Open the connector
Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Facebook Pages and click Connect.
Authorize with Facebook
You will be redirected to Facebook. Sign in and select which Pages you want to manage.
Pick a Page
Select your default Facebook Page from the list.

- • List all Facebook Pages you manage
- • Publish text posts to a Page
- • Publish photo posts by URL with captions
- • Share links with optional message
- • Retrieve recent posts with likes, comments, and shares
- • Fetch Page engagement insights (impressions, engaged users, fan adds)
Using Facebook Pages from Theo Chat
Token Management
OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed by OpenCharts. If a refresh fails, you'll see a reconnection prompt in the Skill Store.
Disconnecting
Go to Skill Store → Flow Connectors → Facebook Pages and click Disconnect. You can also revoke access from Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.
Troubleshooting
Page not appearing during setup
Make sure you have admin access to the Page. Only Pages you administer are listed.
Post fails with permission error
Ensure you granted the 'pages_manage_posts' permission during authorization.
Insights return empty data
Insights require at least 30 followers and take 48 hours to populate for new Pages.
