Presentations: Presenting & Rehearsal
Three presentation modes, a teleprompter, AI cheat sheets, and a rehearsal coach to help you deliver your best.
Present Live
The default full-screen mode. Click Present in the toolbar (or press F5) to enter.
- Navigate with arrow keys, spacebar, or swipe (touch devices).
- Slide transitions play automatically based on per-slide settings.
- Press Esc to exit.
- Slide number indicator in the bottom corner.
Presenter View
A dual-screen layout that shows the audience the full-screen slide while you see:
- Current slide and next slide preview.
- Speaker notes for the current slide.
- Elapsed time and slide progress.
- AI cheat sheet (key points summary).
- Teleprompter with synchronized scrolling.
Launch via the Present dropdown → Presenter View.
Rehearse with Coach
Practice your presentation with real-time feedback. The rehearsal coach tracks:
- Time per slide: highlights slides where you spent too long or too little.
- Total duration: running timer with target comparison.
- Pace: alerts when you're rushing or dragging.
At the end of rehearsal, a summary report shows time distribution across all slides with recommendations.
Speaker Notes
Each slide has a speaker notes area below the stage. Notes support plain text and are visible in Presenter View and the teleprompter.
During AI generation (wizard or per-slide), speaker notes are auto-generated alongside content. You can edit or clear them at any time.
Teleprompter
The teleprompter displays your speaker notes in a large, scrollable format within Presenter View. Two scroll modes are available:
- Auto-scroll: Notes scroll automatically at a configurable speed (words per minute). Pause/resume with a click or spacebar.
- Speech-tracked: Uses the Web Speech API to follow your voice. The teleprompter highlights the current phrase and advances as you speak.
Font size, background opacity, and mirror mode are configurable.
AI Cheat Sheet
Before presenting, generate an AI cheat sheet from the toolbar. It summarizes each slide into 2–3 key talking points, optimized for quick glancing during delivery.
The cheat sheet appears in a sidebar panel during Presenter View.
